sad...
my head feel so heavy for the whole day today...
today, i suppose to go back with my aunt today, together with my cousin...
because my mum said she is not in town today....so, after school, i went to where i suppose to wait, near Caltex there...hmm...i wait for 15 minutes there...and i didn saw my cousin...so, i decided to walk back into the school, to find my cousin...on the way, i saw my tang jie...she told me that...shuang(my cousin) said, my aunt want us to wait in the stadium...so i go there...wait...wait...wait...wait for one hour..then one of my friend ran to me and told me that my mum is here...in the car, my mum feel angry, asked me why i didn call her...then i told her about what my cousin said to me just now...my mum understand me and stopped scolding me...
arrived home....my dad at home....he asked me with an angry tone....asked me y i didn wait at Caltex??!! y u didn call ur mum??!!!! u didn call because u go play with ur friend rite?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bla bla bla.....many many more...i didn do anything wrong....for sure i defend myself....then he said that he don wana let i eat dinner tonite....i locked myself in the room...i didn eat my lunch...cried silently in the room...until now..my mum buy me dinner...but i dont think i will eat them....i wana get out of this home!!!!!!!!! hate!!!!!!!!!

what a day..
one week holiday ended..student's nightmare started...haha...
because teacher is goin to check the holiday homework...
this morning, when i get into my class...everyone look so stressful...all moody..
why?? havent done their homework leh tuh...wakaka...
i m also one of them actually...i m more frust...almost every homework havent done, done half...ish...but i noe this will happen...so i m very ready to face it...
a friend sit beside me, a girl, she is so funny...everytime her homework didn done...she will like a mad girl, messy hair, scold herself for didn done them at home...she is really sot la...she, herself, noe it...
hmm...me...the first thing i do when i get in the class is, "WHERE IS MY CHAIR?!!!!!!!", i scream like i crazy...but how sad, no one answer me, they like didn even noe that i m there....all busy with their homewrok...
i took my friend's chair...sit down...and start my MISSION....muahaha...
i can finish some of them in time..except sejarah...
lol...the teacher were so angry, she act to be calm, "siapa belum siap hingga bab 2, bangun". more than half of the class stand up..teacher said :"kamu semua ni memang...." stop awhile, continue again, "keluar semua!!", "ambik pen, ambik buku kamu, siapkan kat luar." she said it with a soft tone..act to be not angry...
we do our homework at the corridor outside my class...ish..damn hot man..
my friends said to me"li, sing a song, let the rain fall..haha" ish..geram..but i sing also...really, the sky start to dark...everyone who stand outside laugh at me...huh! bad...but still, we enjoyed ourselves standing outside...insane..kaka

just now, i heard a song...a song that i love so much in primary school, <夏天的风> sang by 元卫觉醒...it is really nice, and it make me think about last time, when i m standard 5, or maybe 6...not sure...hmmm...that time me n my best classmate, Aini, she's a malay..but she loves to listen to chinese song, and she can sing them vry well.....thats why we became best friend in class...we often sing loudly in the class...and this song <夏天的风> is our themes...haha...we are really happy that time..hmmm..really miss her so much....i wonder how her life now...hope that she is happy and don stop singing...^^

::::or izzit because too many problem in my head???? everyday, wake up, listen to my mum nagging on me, if my dad at home, both of them, nag on the same time...ish!
::::or maybe becuase os too many homework, stress??? know what? this holiday, only one week, but the homework....OMG! 2/3 page of foolscap paper...jiayou jiayou to my classmate and myself....

hmm...i think this may help me...
Your body creates energy from nutrients, oxygen and invigorating stimuli, such as fragrance. Natural mood, beauty and body boosters such as these suit our increasingly busy lives because they provide an instant lift and are so simple to do each day.
Massage your ears. According to traditional Chinese medicine, stimulating acupressure points on your ears increases blood circulation, and thus energy. Vigorously rub your ears all over for about a minute. They should start to feel hot and, almost immediately, you should feel more alert. Start at the lobe and massage to the top of the ear.
Taking a power shower. Sprinkle eucalyptus oil on the floor of your shower before stepping in. Stand under steaming hot water and rub your body with loofah. The eucalyptus scent stimulates your brain, while the hot water and the rub-down increase blood flow, sending oxygen to your cells where it's transformed into energy.
Wake up with a break. Your body can only handle about 45 minutes of sitting without becoming fatigued. Get up and march around briskly for three to five minutes, or do some quick stretches or squats.
Make a splash. Dip a face washer in cold water and wet both the front and back of your neck. Then gargle with cold water for a couple of seconds. Your neck and throat are rich with sensitive nerves, and by stimulating them with the cold water, you shock them into the ‘fight-or-flight' reaction, which temporarily shifts more blood towards your brain.

You might think warbling in the privacy of the shower is a great way to start the day - and kinder to others - but it seems that those who sing in a group get the most benefit. Choral singers in England, Germany and Australia reported that singing improved their mood and quality of life in a survey this year by Canterbury Christ Church University. Co-author Professor Stephen Clift says singing helped some participants’mental and physical health problems. The physiological benefits of singing have also been studied recently by Dr Maria Sandgren of the University of Stockholm in Sweden. Provisional results show that singing releases oxytocin, a hormone that indicates a sense of bonding and security. In an earlier study Dr Sandgren found that amateur singers were happier after a singing lesson.
